About the Role
As a Service Engineer, he/she is responsible for performing filed service on equipment with minimum supervision. As this role serves as a face in front of the customer, it is also expected of the service engineer to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives and therefore ensuring customer satisfaction within their assigned territories.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
+ Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
+ Provide after-sales service for customers within agreed respond time.
+ Work with the service sales team to prepare the service contract or service proposal to customers.
+ Produce timely and detailed service reports & m aintain a service history register for all relevant equipment/system.
+ Coordinate with local sub-contractors e.g. plumbing works whenever necessary for certain products and to provide overall supervision of the job.
