**Job Summary**
This position supports end user devices and provides technical support. A strong background in technical support, customer service and understanding of client-server relationships, networking, and diverse hardware devices is required for satisfactory results in this position.
**Essential Functions of the Role**
+ Familiarity with remote monitoring and control tools used in audio-visual environments, including the ability to remotely monitor and manage classroom equipment when required.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively utilize approved remote support tools to diagnose and resolve end-user issues.
+ Provides liaison support with Information Technology and Audio-Visual vendors and contractors, ensuring the support of managed services in assigned areas.
