Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives for our Micro Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying eligible customers, forming Joint Liability Groups (JLG), processing group loan applications, conducting field verification, and ensuring timely loan recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and enroll eligible customers for group loans. Create and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLG). Conduct field visits for customer sourcing and verification. Explain loan products, repayment schedules, and company policies to customers. Collect and verify KYC and other required documents. Coordinate with the branch team for loan processing and disbursement. Monitor customers regularly and ensure timely EMI/loan recovery.
