What you will do

You will be at the heart of Lighthouse's field marketing presence across one of our most commercially important regions. Events are our top revenue‑driving channel in EMEA, and your job is to make them count, from planning through to execution. Field Marketing at Lighthouse goes beyond the event room. You will also work across webinars, digital campaigns, partner co‑marketing, and localised content, understanding how each channel connects to pipeline and knowing when to activate the right one. You will run a packed calendar across diverse markets, contributing directly to commercial outcomes. You will build strong relationships with the regional sales teams, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and develop a sharp understanding of what works market by market.
