Field Maintenance System Analyst

Responsibilities

: • Understand and test/validate changes and enhancements to our repair system (ServiceNet). • Learn and understand basics of other system that integrate with ServiceNet • Guide developers and QA Testers on the requirements of changes / enhancements. • Communicate new features and changes to the field as they are deployed. • Document and follow a consistent job creation process. • Review unfound jobs periodically to identify the need for additional jobs or the rewording and realignment of existing jobs. Also remove jobs that are no longer applicable from the system. • Design and develop a methodology for system training and communication of system enhancements. • Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
