Field Law Paralegal in Debt Recovery

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft caveats for condominium fee collections
• Prepare writs of enforcement and manage renewals
• Instruct skip tracers for locating debtors
• Prepare garnishee summons and notices for questioning
• Calculate and prepare pre-judgment interest
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a paralegal role
• Recognized Legal Assistant or Paralegal Diploma
• Knowledge of Personal Property Securities Act
