Field Insight Specialist

Summary

As a Field Insight Specialist you’ll play a key role in helping the business understand how our field operations are really performing. You’ll analyse field performance data, including trial results and customer self‑install journeys, identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement, and translate data into clear, actionable insight that drives smarter decisions and better outcomes for customers. This hybrid role is based in either the Manchester or Reading office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze field performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate data into meaningful, non‑technical stories.
• Provide an independent, data‑led view of end‑to‑end performance that informs decisions and initiatives.
