Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years leadership experience in merchandising within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of retail store merchandising dynamics.
• Must be residing in Ilocos, Pangasinan, Baguio, or La Union.

Job responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of merchandisers.
• Ensure all vacancies and deployments are filled with qualified candidates.
