Fianance Manager

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic motor dealership group. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role is responsible for the full accounting function of a dealership entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financial management to support business performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports to the CFO and Dealer Principals.
• Manage the full accounting function, including general ledger and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate daily bank reconciliations and cashbook management.
• Oversee debtor accounts and drive collections within agreed credit terms.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and deal cost records, identifying anomalies.
