FG Business Analyst (AT)

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent SAP Business Analyst to support Finished Goods (FG) and Material Warehouse (WH) global operations. The role focuses on enabling business continuity, driving system enhancements and migration in S/4HANA, and delivering scalable solutions across worldwide FG distribution networks.

• Production Support & Issue Resolution
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP issues reported by global FG/WH users within agreed response timelines.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate with IT for resolution of complex issues.
  • Provide on‑call support, including occasional weekend standby for critical operations.
• SAP Enhancements & Process Improvement
  • Act as liaison between FG business teams and IT for system enhancements.
