Female Complex Care Assistant

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse‑led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Chesterfield (S40) area.

You will be providing care and support to one of our female clients who has Cerebral Palsy and who enjoys swimming. Their individual needs include:

• Manual wheelchair user
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Driver with own car required to drive our clients mobility car to allow access to community

Shifts include

• Various shifts available
• Full and Part time shifts with Alternate Weekends
