Job Overview

FCPS Trainee – Radiology is responsible for receiving structured postgraduate training in diagnostic imaging and radiological procedures under the supervision of consultants and senior radiologists.

The trainee will participate in reporting, image interpretation, radiological procedures, and multidisciplinary clinical discussions while fulfilling CPSP training requirements and adhering to hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist consultants and senior radiologists in the interpretation and reporting of diagnostic imaging studies.
• Review and analyze X-rays, Ultrasound, CT scans, MRI scans, fluoroscopy, and other imaging modalities under supervision.
• Participate in performing and assisting with radiological and image‑guided procedures according to competency level.
• Ensure proper patient preparation and positioning for imaging examinations.
