About the Role
Design and implement AI voice agent capabilities, including conversational logic and backend integrations. Drive integration across Cisco, GECX, and AI components to enable seamless voice interactions. Build and maintain Node.js APIs and real-time workflows. Implement dialog flows with session/state management and observability. Collaborate with architects and teams on implementation design. Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Total Experience: 07 to 10 Years
Relevant Experience: 01 - 02 years in conversational systems, voice/chat platforms, or AI-driven customer interaction solutions, GECX (CX) or similar platforms (1-2 years)
Work Timings (India): 01:00 PM to 10:00PM IST
Must to have Skills : Cisco contact center, GECX / CX, Node.JS, AI-driven conversational or customer interaction platforms (voice/chat)
