Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to customers by ensuring a warm welcome, accurate order taking, and timely table service. Represent the restaurant's brand through professionalism and attentiveness.

• Greet guests, seat them according to availability and manage waiting lists during peak hours
• Present menu, explain daily specials, take and confirm orders clearly
• Serve food and beverages in proper sequence and temperature
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for next seating
• Operate POS for order entry and billing with accuracy
• Refill water, condiments, and table supplies proactively
• Participate in service briefings and product knowledge training
• Ensure all dining areas, pantry and stations are clean and organised
• Assist in monthly stock take and report low inventory items
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and personal grooming standards
