About the role

At NFU Mutual, our farming propositions play a central role in how we support rural communities and farming businesses evolve with a changing agricultural landscape. As a Propositions Consultant, you’ll help shape, review and refine our farming product propositions to ensure they remain competitive, commercially strong and aligned to customer needs.

• Lead or contribute to the evaluation of existing propositions, using data, insight and market understanding to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with underwriting, claims, pricing and distribution to assess the commercial and customer impact of potential changes and develop well‑structured recommendations and business cases.
