- Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous.
- 5 years Broiler Breeder Experience in a Management role.
- Exceptional people / team leadership skills - Coaching employees to help them develop a clear understanding of the requirements relating to Poultry Production, Animal Welfare, Food Safety and Quality and develop the team to ensure they have the capability to meet the performance goals
- A good understanding of modern farming methods within the Poultry Industry
