Family Support Worker

We have an exciting role on offer within our Children’s service as a Family Support Worker.

Are you someone who wants to make a real difference in children’s lives? Do you own your own car with a passion for singing along to the latest Taylor Swift song or nursery rhymes, if you believe you can offer a child your full attention and care we would love you to join our team!

The resource team is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting children to enjoy their childhood in sometimes very difficult circumstances where they may no longer live with their caregivers or parents. As a team, we value the importance of children maintaining family connections. From the moment you pick a child up to the time you return them home, you’ll be making a difference supporting the family through supervised family time, offering reassurance, and nurturing to create positive experiences, enabling children to grow, develop, and flourish.
