About the Role
Description
We are seeking a Family Services Support professional to join a well-established nonprofit organization supporting families and early childhood programs. This is a 4–6 month contract opportunity with potential for long-term conversion, offering hands-on experience working directly with families in a community-focused environment.
Location: Fully onsite (Head Start site – location TBD)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct family needs assessments and recommend appropriate supportive services
+ Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local resources
+ Connect families to services including health, nutrition, mental health, employment, and social services
+ Support families in crisis by coordinating emergency resources and referrals
