• Patient load: 20–40 patients per day
• On‑call duties: minimal, with home‑call about 2 weeks per year; average calls 0–1 per week
• Compensation options: Physician’s choice between LFP billing or NTP contract ($312K/year + bonuses) or Fee for Service
