6-Month Contract Role with a Local Authority Summary The role will lead the delivery of the Families First Partnership reform programme, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives. The postholder will drive service redesign aligned with reform principles, improving outcomes for children, young people, and families. This role requires a highly experienced project manager (PRINCE2 qualified or equivalent) with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and transformation programmes within a multi-agency or public sector environment. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Families First Partnership reform programme, ensuring objectives, milestones, and outcomes are achieved. Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project plans, risk registers, and delivery frameworks in line with PRINCE2 (or equivalent) methodologies.
