About the Role
YOUR ROLE
- Meet the lab requirements in terms of Quality System (IATF‑16949 and ISO‑17025), WHS‑RA (Workplace, Health & Safety – Risk Assessment), Ecology, Security (Environment & Cybersecurity) and 5S.
- Manage the laboratory equipment using TPMC and LabSys (Troubleshooting, Buy‑off, TPM scheduling, Maju/Lean Program, PM reports, Supplier/ GPO liaising, PR/PO management, etc.).
- Manage and improve Lab Equipment Failure history, uptime and downtime.
- Manage new tool introduction into the Lab which includes layout, etc.
- Ensure implementation of Lab Support procedures, tools usage control and sustain an effective quality system in place.
- Develop new methodologies/improvement through Lean concept / Engineering.
- Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to engineers, managers and customers.
