Factory Manager (Production & Engineering)

Summary of the role

As Factory Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end factory performance across both Production and Engineering, owning safe, compliant and reliable operations while improving OEE, cost, quality and service.

This is a high-impact leadership role within a 300-employee food & beverage manufacturing site, with responsibility to strengthen day-to-day execution while building the capabilities, systems and disciplines needed to support the factory’s next phase of growth . You’ll drive performance through structured continuous improvement, reliability programs, disciplined capital execution, and automation and digitalisation initiatives that improve supply reliability and operational capability.
