Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our factory operations within the Marble division, overseeing end-to‑end processes across stone processing, production planning, quality control, and plant maintenance. The role requires strong technical expertise and a focus on efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle marble processing including block selection, gang saw/bridge saw cutting, calibration, polishing, edge profiling, and finish.
• Drive production planning and scheduling (PPC) to meet project timelines and optimize capacity utilization.
