Facility Technician M/F

• Able to work under stressful conditions and respond to urgent inquiries from internal or external clients when needed.
• Provide 1st level technical support for all in‑house repair work and manage facility maintenance of warehouses, offices, and buildings.
• Liaise with subcontractors on all repair and maintenance works.
• Ensure strong support and prompt response to works raised by stakeholders.
• Perform troubleshooting for all M&E issues in warehouses, offices, and buildings.
• Perform building A&A works and provide technical advice and training to subcontractors, if necessary.
• Perform administrative duties such as preparation of reports, electricity meter readings, and recording and sourcing for quotations for facility‑related matters.
• Domestic travel required.
