Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Global Riser is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities, grounds, and equipment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the reliability of all building systems.

Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire safety systems.
• Oversee routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage work orders and maintenance records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and facility projects.
