About the Role
Facilities Technician - Dormanstown, Redcar
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our assets team as a facilities technician. Customer safety is at the heart of everything we do at Beyond Housing, and you will take center stage in delivering a busy fire safety and servicing programme.
In this role, you'll carry out all fire inspections and health and safety inspections within our block communal areas, offices, depots and community buildings, ensuring they are safe, clean and clear of obstructions. You'll also carry out routine testing and inspection of passive and active fire protection systems and document the results.
As our facilities technician, you'll undertake a wide array of tasks, including:
