Facilities Support Manager - Rail

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager?
Do you have previous engineering experience?

If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a high-profile railway client who are looking for a Facilties Manager to join their team located in Cambridge or Colchester on a 3-month contract basis paying £230 per day (PAYE) or £305.44 (umbrella rate).

Key Accountabilities:

Help manage the day-to-day activity of the facilities management helpdesk and term maintenance contractors.

Management of Property contracts, ensuring activity is performed to prescribed technical, environmental and safety standards and that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.

To adhere to the ISO 55001 Asset Management System & Annual Accreditations Standard.
