Facilities Specialist

Summary About the Position: Serves as the Facilities Specialist and primary point of contact with responsibility for all facilities, lands, and building management functions of the Fountain City Service Base and the Lock & Dam 5A storage building and grounds. The secondary focus of this position is oversight of fleet management activities. Performs duties which include surveillance and coordination of the maintenance of physical facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and grounds. Responsibilities Responsible for all functions related to facility and lands management for nine buildings, one building with office space, storage, and grounds, to include building operation and maintenance services. Assists planning efforts for future facility needs within the Mississippi River Project Complex.
