About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our client on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management, presentation, and operational performance of two key retail assets, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment for all stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage customers, contractors, stakeholders, and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and presentation of the assets
  • Manage service providers and contractors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery
  • Assist with operational and capital expenditure budgeting
  • Coordinate capital works, tenancy fit-outs, and small projects
  • Ensure full compliance across all regulatory and safety requirements (including WHS, fire safety, essential services, and plant compliance)
