The role

You'll lead and manage the on‑site maintenance team, delegating and supervising daily operations, ensuring all statutory obligations are met, and that planned preventative maintenance and remedial works are completed to the required standard.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a safe, well‑maintained environment for residents
