**Job Description**

The Facilities Manager is tasked with overseeing the complete operation, maintenance, and safety of building systems and infrastructure. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that facilities operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while supporting business operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and Account Director with the delivery of high-quality facility management services.
+ Supervise and direct the plant operations team, ensuring efficient execution of Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs.
