Job Description Site Operations & Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance and operational activities at assigned sites.
- Attend to faults, complaints, breakdowns, and service requests.
- Assist in preventive, corrective, and cyclical maintenance scheduling and follow-up.
- Conduct routine site inspections and monitor rectification works.
- Ensure facilities remain safe, operational, and properly maintained.
- Supervise contractors, technicians, and vendors carrying out maintenance works.
- Ensure works are carried out safely, properly, and according to specifications.
