Job Summary

PakWheels Pvt Ltd is expanding its Service Center network in Lahore. We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented resource responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing suitable sites for car service centers (oil change facilities). The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and hands‑on experience with site development and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential sites in Lahore for PakWheels service centers.
• Conduct market surveys and field visits to shortlist high‑potential locations
• Negotiate rental/lease terms and finalize site acquisition agreements
• Coordinate with landlords, agents, and stakeholders for deal closure
• Liaise with contractors for renovation and site construction activities
