SUMMARY
Performs maintenance, inspection and repair to facilities and general infrastructure including, but not limited to: building, grounds, machinery, vehicles and ground equipment with limited supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform building repair and maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, minor HVAC and painting tasks. Refresh and remodel workspaces, offices and restrooms; this included the ability to finish drywall, install flooring / carpeting and finishing trim.
