Facilities Financial & Operations Coordinator

Cushman & Wakefield Waikeria is seeking a diligent Facilities Coordinator to work with the Waikeria Prison facility management team, driving cost control, KPI delivery and profitability across PPP and National Contracts.

You will raise and manage purchase orders and client invoicing, track costs, prepare reports, and support the Contract Manager by identifying improvement opportunities and managing workflow with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.
