About the Role

            Job Description  Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management 
Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations 
To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor 
Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget 
Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills 
Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels 
Support the car park operations 
Assist in any other duties assigned 
Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff
