About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Engineer, you will perform complex preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, repairs and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of buildings. Working under general direction, you will monitor building system operations and performance. The role requires critical, specialized knowledge required at the client site.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for facility equipment and systems.
• Prepare annual maintenance plans and schedules to ensure smooth facility operation and minimum downtime.
• Manage and monitor maintenance budgets, including cost control, expenditure tracking, and budget forecasting.
