Facilities Coordinator – Bristol, UK
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facility Management services.
Key Tasks
- Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
- Co‑coordinate with FM Operations and Critical Service teams to deliver service level agreements.
- Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities.
- Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy.
- Ensure contractors under sphere of control operate within appropriate SHE processes and client HSE standards.
- Monitor and maintain stationery levels, post‑room activity and other office facilities such as the printer and AV equipment.
