About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. FACILITY & WORKPLACE MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations across warehouse and office areas.

  • Ensure the site is maintained to a high standard in terms of cleanliness, safety, and functionality

  • Act as the first point of contact for all facility-related matters

  • Monitor and report maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution

    • 2. VENDOR & CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate external service providers including: Cleaning services
    Security services
    Waste management
    Maintenance contractors

  • Ensure contractors comply with site rules, safety requirements, and company policies

  • Monitor service quality and escalate issues where required

    • 3. HEALTH, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE (ARBO)
