Under the supervision of the Facilities coordinator:
+ Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues & request s
+ C oordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, & facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning of the building , being HVAC system the main focus .
+ Liaise w i th external contractors, vendors & internal teams to manage services such as cleaning & technical maintenance according to the agreement and Scope of Work.
+ Liaise with landlord to monitor all the requirements as per contract.
