FACILITATIONS/SPORTS MANAGEMENT Position Location & Accommodation Bela-Bela, Limpopo – Accommodation included for one person. Languages Bilingual – Afrikaans and English. Qualifications 3-4 years’ experience in Camp Facilitation, Outdoor Education, Sports Programs or Youth Development Passion for Outdoor Education, Sport & Leadership Development Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced camp environment Responsibilities Co‑ordinating & managing the day‑to‑day operations of the camps, ensuring safety & a functional environment for campers and staff Scheduling maintenance tasks Managing budgets Overseeing staff Implementing safety protocols Excellent organizational & communication skills
