Fabrication Engineer – Structural Welding & Lean Ops

Mira Construction is seeking an experienced Fabrication Engineer in Dubai to oversee the preparation, cutting, welding, and assembly of structural steel and architectural metalwork. You will bridge the gap between structural engineering and shop-floor production, focusing on quality standards and production efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering with 3-6 years of experience in fabrication. Strong knowledge of welding processes and CAD software is essential. Leadership skills to manage a team effectively are required.
