**Your Responsibilities**
**S**upport and Incident Management**
- Diagnose and resolve issues.
- Document all support requests and solutions in the ticketing system for transparency and knowledge sharing.
**User Assistance**
- Provide user support for basic cloud topics, including access management and troubleshooting error messages or unexpected system behavior.
- Assist with onboarding new users and business cases, ensuring smooth handling of basic tasks in the Fabasoft Cloud.
**Installation and Configuration**
- Support the installation and configuration of software components as required.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
**Training and Documentation**
- Prepare guidelines and training materials to help users effectively utilize Fabasoft Cloud.
- Provide training sessions if needed to introduce new features and best practices.
