About the Role

GlobalProject Leadership:  Directed end-to-end automation equipment setup and site installation projects for tier-1 semiconductor and display manufacturers, including ONSEMI, Lam Research, Amkor, BOE B11, HKC H4, and CSOT T3. 
Automation System Deployment:  Led the successful installation, calibration, and commissioning of advanced material‑handling automation systems, including OHT (Overhead Hoist Transport), Stockers, Conveyors, and Lift systems. 
On-Time Site Execution:  Managed cross‑functional engineering teams and local contractors to ensure 100% on‑time equipment stabilization, meeting strict client specifications and fab production timelines. 
Technical Troubleshooting:  Led root‑cause analysis for complex mechanical, electrical, and software integration issues during the equipment commissioning phase, significantly reducing system optimization downtime.
