EYFS Teaching Assistant • Location: Morden (SM4) • Start Date: Immediate • Pay: £14.25 Per hour PAYE • Hours: 08:45 – 16:00, Monday to Friday We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with autism at a welcoming primary and secondary school in Morden. This is a rewarding full-time role with the potential to transition into a permanent contract following the probation period. Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 classroom support • Assist with learning activities • Encourage social and emotional development • Work closely with teaching staff • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements: • Experience supporting pupils with autism or other SEN • Patient, reliable, and proactive approach • Strong communication skills • Must Have a Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one) If you're passionate about supporting students with complex needs and are looking for a fulfilling role, we would love to hear from you!
