Location: Temperanceville, VA

Contract Length: 6 months

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Schedule:

1st shift – start time varies between 6:00–8:00 AM, 10-hour shifts

Compensation Notes:

• Bonus for 2026 will be $1 per hour worked, paid out at the end of the season

• Weather Day: 4 hours paid time to the resource

• If the employee calls off the day before or the day after a weather day, they will not be eligible for weather day pay
