Export Operations Coordinator, Seafreight

We are urgently hiring Sea Freight Export Operations Executives for our client's export operations team based in Changi South. You will manage end-to-end sea freight export operations — from shipment registration and HBL creation to permit declarations, stakeholder coordination and invoicing — all within a structured global freight forwarding environment.

• Register shipments accurately and on time into CargoWise (CW1) ; update all internal and external systems with shipment data
• Create, verify and finalise Ocean Freight documents including House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Cartage Advice
• Perform export permit declarations via Tradenet ; handle FTA forms, COO applications and related customs documentation
• Ensure dangerous goods / hazardous cargo documentation is in place and obtain DG approvals from carriers where required
