Mission

The mission of this role is to ensure the accurate execution, analysis, and reporting of EMV and payment‑related tests while delivering high‑quality technical support to customers and internal teams. The position contributes to maintaining service excellence, strengthening compliance, and supporting the implementation of new payment solutions.

Activities

• Demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge to conduct test sessions in accordance with the related Quality Assurance Plan.
• Analyzing EMV test data and results, providing insightful feedback.
• Producing comprehensive test reports and continually striving to minimize issues identified during reviews.
• Understanding the purpose of tests with respect to customer needs and specificities within the testing scope.
