About the Role

Our client in the event and exhibitions industries are looking to recruit an Exhibition & Event Manager to join their team. Our client works with numerous well known, reputable brands to deliver memorable events and bring their products to life at exhibitions and tradeshows. The suitable candidate will have experience in running and managing tradeshows and exhibitions in the Irish or European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibitor support during events.
  • Budget Management.
  • Liaise with design team and issue quotations for drawings for stands at exhibitions
  • Attend meetings and site visits with both existing and new clients and take a new business / design brief when needed.
  • Coordinate various services for clients; Act as a point of contact for all incoming communications.
  • Draft quotes for installs and control costs on a project from start to finish.
