Executive/Senior Executive – TeamLease Services (Staffing)

Role:
The role involves in contract drafting, reviewing, and vetting of various commercial agreements such as SOW, PO, customer contracts, vendor agreement, lease agreement, and legal notices. The candidate should have a good understanding of legal fundamentals, general principles of law, contracts law, and labour laws. The job also requires end-to-end contract management, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities: 

● Assists in contract drafting, reviewing, vetting of agreements for clients, SOW, PO, vendor agreement, lease agreement, legal notices, .

● Legal knowledge: Understanding of legal fundamentals, general principles of law, contracts law , labour laws, etc.

● End to End Contract Management
